Very delicious homemade cakes, pies, pastries ... Pastry shop / café as before, without any gentrification and with normal prices.

The worst and arrogant service ever! So far I have ordered 4 or 5 cakes for different occasions and I was always served very badly, unfriendly and unprofessionally by the waitress and especially the pastry chef (an old man). And the cakes don't taste that special either. I didn't set foot in there anymore !!!

My parents ordered me a photo cake for my birthday. The young lady at the cash register is said not to have paid attention even when ordering the cake. My parents were not greeted, but looked at with amazed eyes. The specifications of the cake were not met, neither inside nor outside. Instructions were: content -> chocolate on the outside completely brown because of the chocolate; Result: Outside white fondant with a pink wreath that looks like a hobby baker and a few Edeka hearts clapped on it. Top cream completely uneven, as if you had taken an empty ketchup bottle to decorate. Also the best: the cake was filled with cream that didn't taste like chocolate. When we picked up the cake, we were not greeted either. When the cake was presented to us, I was just angry and disappointed. The guidelines were not followed, nor was it nicely decorated. The top set looked as if it had been decorated by a drunk or three year old. When I said that it couldn't be done that way and that we paid € 50 for it and that, apart from the photo, nothing corresponds to our ideas, a frustrated old woman with a hunchback came around the corner and said she had to interfere. I explain to her that the cake decoration looks disastrous and she said she doesn't think so. To clarify: I obviously don't care what you find, because I am the customer and I decide how it should look in the end and what is inside. Furthermore, the younger lady brought the cake to the chef and he came up to the front and asked me what the problem was. As if you're fooling me and it's not obvious what the problem is. I explained to him what needs to be done on the cake again. He told me to come back in 10 minutes. When I did that, at least the set didn't look as disfigured as before. Later, when I cut the cake, I saw that it was not what I wanted. One of my guests then, without knowing about the whole incident, confessed to having found me blond hair. I apologized to her for this unsavory experience. Accordingly, I cannot speak of hygienic conditions at Grass. THIS IS NOT ANY MINIMITY, BUT A SERIOUS HYGIENE DISCONTINUED. IN SUM: UNFRIENDLY STAFF, UNPROFESSIONAL RESULTS (I also made fondant cakes and they have become much better), HYGIENE IS NEGLECTED !!!!! PS: The old, frustrated one might dismiss the resignation, have read a few other reviews about them and don't feel any different. But if she is the shop owner then I just feel sorry for the shop.

I would have loved to not have given a star. The old woman (you really can't call her a lady, because she has no manners) is very unfriendly. All the staff at this store don't know that customers should be greeted when they walk into the store. I thought that the long existence speaks for itself, but it is inexplicable how this shop still exists with this service. The quality of the cakes is unspeakably poor, but comparatively expensive. It's a single juice shop. DO NOT GO !!!

Always very nice service staff, very clean and affordable prices. Unfortunately at 4:00 p.m. no more cake selection, which speaks of the quality because it is bought.

Local cafe and restaurant with great food and friendly stuff

Cakes are very good but a lady who serves in cafe is too slow! She needs 5 times more time then the slowest waiter I ever met to make a simple bill for coffee and cake!!! This is really boring and kind of disrespecting other guests who are in hurry.
